This is an addendum to the archeological report dated July 12, 2001, which has already been reviewed by the Georgia Department of Transportation and Georgia Department of Natural Resources ' Historic Preservation Division.

On April l6, 2013, Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. (SAS) conducted a Phase I archeological survey of the proposed New Holland 46/25 kV substation and 46 kV tap line in Hall County, Georgia.
