Archeological survey, testing, and data recovery were undertaken at the Harris Neck Airfield site, 9 Mc41, prior to the construction of visitor's use facilities at Harris Neck National Wildlife Refuge, McIntosh County, Georgia.

In November of 2006, Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. (SAS) conducted a Phase I archeological survey of approximately 6.1 km (3.8 mi) of a proposed 115 kV transmission line corridor and 4.4 ha (11 ac) of a switching station tract in northwestern Douglas County, Georgia.

In November of 2006 Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. conducted an archeological survey for the proposed 11 acre 230/25 kV Jackson Creek Substation in Rockdale County. The tract was entirely wooded so shovel testing was the primary survey method.

This project consists of very minor alterations to a set of traffic signal improvements that were archeologically surveyed in June of 2006 (see project photograph in the original Short Form report).

Georgia Ports Authority (GPA) wishes to develop a 100-acre tract as a vehicle parking area, part of the overall Colonels Island Terminal. The tract is located on Colonels Island on the south side of SR 25/US 17 in an area containing small patches of wetlands.

The McIntosh County Development Authority wishes to develop a 400-acre tract located about 3 miles northwest of Darien as an expansion of an existing industrial park.

The overall project is the widening and reconstruction of Carpenter Road on the west side of Tifton. The project begins at the intersection with US 82/SR 520 and ends at Davis Road/CR 216, with the total length being 2.5 miles.

Archeological and historical investigations of Battery Hamilton, a Civil War (Federal) gun emplacement, were undertaken in the early part of 2002.
