Georgia DOT Project # BRM-0805(1) is an in place bridge replacement project at County Road 834 and the Tallapoosa River in Carroll County, District 3. Because the project is in place, no new areas will be impacted.

Project STPE-0012, Bulloch, Cobb, Colquitt, Effingham, Gwinnett, Henry, Lamar, Liberty, Lowndes, Muscogee, Worth Counties: Determination of No Undertaking. The subject project would consist of railroad crossing safety improvements at various locations throughout the state.

The proposed project would consist of the rehabilitation of the bridges at thirty (30) locations in

thirteen (13) counties within GDOT District 1 as identified in the following list (also see attached

project location maps):

Georgia DOT Project # BRF-017-2(23) is an in place bridge replacement project at SR 1 at Lake Creek in Polk County, District 6. Because the project is in place, no new areas will be impacted. Only those areas which have been disturbed by previous bridge construction will be affected.

The proposed project consists of the paving of shoulders along SR 19 from MP 18.78 in Glenwood to MP 27.95 at the Laurens County Line (see attached map). Total project length is approximately 14.7 kilometers (9.2 miles).

Project STP-015-1(59), Jenkins County: Determination of No Undertaking; the subject project would consist of the leveling and resurfacing of SR 23 beginning at the south Millen city limits and extending north to a point 0.13 mile south of SR 17 for a distance of 0.64 mile.

Project STP-041-1(23), Jenkins County: Determination of No Undertaking; the subject project would consist of the leveling and resurfacing of SR 67 beginning at the intersection of SR 23 and extending easterly to a point 0.20 mile west of SR 17 for a distance of 1.64 miles.

From August 28 through September 22, 2017, R.S. Webb & Associates conducted a Phase I cultural resources survey of the proposed 110-hectare (271-acre) Price Road development in Henry County, Georgia for Corblu Ecology Group, LLC.

Project STP-00MS(214), Muscogee County: Determination of No Undertaking; the subject project would consist of the resealing of the deck joints on 43 bridges located in Muscogee County. No earthwork would be involved in the process of resealing the bridge deck joints.

Project STP- 030-1(22), Stewart County: Determination of No Undertaking; the subject project would consist of leveling and resurfacing of SR 27 in Stewart County.
