Report Abstracts

This is a bridge project, BRZLB-157(9), located in Jackson County. The bridge is on CR 367 and crosses Walnut Creek. The existing structure is a 12.2 foot wide by 49 foot long bridge. The existing right of way is the existing edge of the roadway.

In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, project IM-475- 1(217), Bibb County has been surveyed with respect to archaeological resources, especially those on or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP)

The following Georgia DOT projects are in-place bridge replacements: BHM-9076(2); BRMLB-9260(2); BRMLB-9170(1); BRZLB-247(1); BRZLB-247(2). They are located in Clayton County, DeKalb County, Fulton County, Rockdale County, and Rockdale County respectively.

Georgia DOT project BHF-154-1(2) is an in-place bridge replacement over Town Creek on S.R. 128 in Macon County. Because the project is in-place no new areas will be impacted and only areas disturbed by previous bridge construction will be affected.

This project is to provide for improvement of left turn lanes & signalization at the intersection of S.R. 22 Spur at Avalon Road in Columbus. The purpose of the project is to Widen S.R.

Project STP-007-1(66), Decatur County: of No Undertaking Determination; the subject project would consist of leveling and surfacing of SR 1 Business in the city of Bainbridge.

The proposed project is Phase III of the West Cleveland Bypass project in White County, Georgia. The larger project proposed to construct a bypass along a new location corridor and existing roadway.

The proposed WRDW communications compound is located at 2801 Riverwatch Parkway in Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia (Martinez, Georgia/South Carolina 7 .5-minute USGS Quadrangle) (Figure 1; see Attachment No. l for project figures).

Project IM- 16-1(129), Statewide County: Determination of No Undertaking The subject project would consist of the repairing of 15 interstate bridges throughout the state. Repairs would include epoxy injection into cracks, patching concrete, and/or fiber reinforced polymer additions.
