TerraXplorations, Inc. (TerraX) of Mobile, Alabama was contracted by Trileaf Corporation of Marietta, Georgia to conduct a Phase I archaeological direct effects survey and a visual effects survey for the proposed WEBBS CREEK-E cellular tower in Banks County, Georgia.

The proposed project involves constructing an interchange at I-16 and Pooler Parkway approximately 4.1 km (2.6 miles) west of I-95, and extending Pooler Parkway from its current terminus at U.S. Highway 80 to Quacco Road (Figures 1 and 2).
