Panamerican Consultants, Inc. (PCI) was contracted by Northstar Team to perform a Phase I cultural resources survey and viewshed-impact assessment of the proposed Whitney cellular-tower location in Walton County, Georgia.

An intensive cultural resources survey was carried out for the proposed Lake Sinclair Water Treatment Facility in Putnam County, Georgia. The project was carried out in compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act by personnel qualified under 36 CFR Part 61.

Background: During the period of September 11 through September 25, 2003 and January 6 and 7, 2004, R.S. Webb & Associates (RSWA) conducted an archeological resources survey of the proposed Nottely River Trail in Union County, Georgia.
