The proposed project would resurface and renovate an existing paved parking lot located in Clarkston, Georgia. The project area is within existing right-of-way limits and consists of approximately 2.2 acres.

A Phase I archaeological and historic resource survey of the proposed right-of-way for the Haralson Mill Road Improvement project between Booth Road and the Walton County line was conducted by Garrow & Associates, Inc., in late November 1995.

Original Project Description for Rays Road: The proposed project limits are from Memorial Drive to Multi-Use Path (approximately 200 feet south of E. Ponce De Leon Avenue) (1.36 miles).

The proposed project would consist of the installation of an Advanced Truck Warning System (ATWS) along the SR 10 Loop/US 129 westbound off-ramp at SR 15/US 441 in Clark County.

Second Addendum: Since the CE was approved, there have been additional changes in the amount of required right-of-way and easement. There would be an overall reduction of 3.67 sf of required ROW at Intersection 3 (731.44 sf).

In October 1995, Garrow & Associates, Inc., under a contract with Columbia Engineering, completed a cultural resource survey for the proposed intersection improvements for the realignment of Rockdale Circle, Georgia Highway 84, and U.S. Highway 78, Gwinnett County, Georgia.

TRC Garrow Associates, Inc., was contracted by CH2M HILL to conduct Phase II archaeological testing of three sites in Clayton County, Georgia: 9CN113, 9CN116, and 9CN119.

From March to June, 2000, Corporate Environmental Risk Management, L.L.C. (GERM), with the support of TRC Garrow Associates, Inc.

TRC conducted a Phase I archaeological survey for this proposed West Ringgold-Center Point TVA transmission line project from July 10-21, 2000.

TRC Garrow Associates, Inc. (TRC) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey for the proposed Walker Substation in Walker County, Georgia, southwest of Dalton, on August 28, 2001. The project was undertaken for the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA).
