See attached sheet for 2011 and 2013 project descriptions and a review of project changes. The changes include two new areas of APE that are beyond the extent of the ESC surveyed in 2011 (Figure 2). The northernmost of these is the location of a drainage basin comprising .48 acre.

Cobb County Department of Transportation proposes to construct a pedestrian/transit bridge across Interstate (I)-285. The bridge approach would begin at a point along an existing private roadway that services the Cobb Galleria.

The proposed project would widen Old Covington Highway to a three lane facility with two 12-foot travel lanes, a 14-foot center turn lane, and 16-foot shoulders. Within the roadway shoulders, a five-foot sidewalk would be constructed.
