On September 20, 2006, URS Corporation performed a Phase I archaeological survey of the proposed SRl 1 /US 129 bridge replacemnet over the Big Tucsawhatchee Creek in Pulaski County, Georgia.

On December 14, 2006, URS Corporation performed a Phase I archaeological survey of the proposed SRI 1/US 129 bridge replacement over Bluff Creek in Pulaski County, Georgia. As a result of the survey, one site and one isolated find were recorded.

The overall project proposes to widen and improve CR 451 /Memorial Park Drive from Centennial Drive to SR 369Browns Bridge Road and extend CR 451 /Memorial Park Drive on new location to SR 53/McEver Road.

The purpose of this addendum is to address changes to the APE of the proposed project.

The purpose of this revision is to address project design changes that have occurred subsequent to the signing of the categorical exclusion.

The roundabout has an inside diameter of 100 feet, with a 10-foot wide' truck apron and a 15-foot wide travel lane. The outside shoulders would have a 24-inch curb and gutter with a 6-foot wide sidewalk and a 6-foot grass strip in all quadrants, except in the northeast quadrant.

The proposed project would consist of expanding the capacity of the existing Sigman Road park and ride lot from 416 spaces to 566 spaces and building two bus pavilion areas with shelters for commuters and bus parking for better service (see attached location map).

The proposed intersection improvement is part of Henry County's Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST) program.

On December 10 to 14, 2007 and February 9, 2008, URS Corporation undertook Phase II limited testing of a Middle and Late Woodland site identified during the Phase I survey for the proposed bridge replacement on SR 92 over the Flint River in Fayette and Spalding Counties, Georgia.

No existing or eligible National Register archaeological resources were located within the project's area of potential environmental effect.
