This report documents the findings of a Phase II archaeological assessment of five sites in Paulding County, Georgia, by Garrow & Associates, Inc., under contract with Colony Homes of Woodstock, Georgia.

This report documents an archaeological survey of the proposed site of the Oglethorpe Power Company North Lilburn 115/12kV Substation in Gwinnett County, Georgia (Figure 1).

Phase II archaeological testing was conducted at site 9RO97, in Rockdale County, Georgia. A previously conducted survey indicated that the site may contain remains of a late nineteenth to early twentieth century rural Georgia farmstead.

The purpose of this Addendum is to address a series of comments made by staff of the Historic Preservation Section of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, and transmitted under the signature of the State Historic Preservation Officer.

This Addendum was prepared to clarify points raised in the above referenced report during regulatory review of that report. Those points are addressed in the following narrative and in the attached site location maps.

The site has long been recognized as a significant architectural ruin, and as the home of a historically important figure. The ruin and intact structures on the property are easily accepted as historical artifacts that merit study and preservation.

This report documents the results of the cultural resources survey for the Kingsland Sewerline Project, Camdem County, Georgia, for the Tribble & Richardson, Inc. No cultural resources were identified in the survey areas.

A one hundred (100%) percent coverage, archaeological survey

Seventeen archaeological/historical sites and seventeen artifact finds were identified during the construction of the waterworks system.
