Environmental Corporation of America (ECA) has completed an Archaeological Assessment for the federal at the subject site.

In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, project BRS-1197(6), Decatur County has been surveyed with respect to archaeological resources, especially those on or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP)

In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, project F-037-2(25), Henry Co., has been surveyed with respect to archaeological resources, especially those on or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP).

On January 16, 2019, Brockington and Associates, Inc. (Brockington) completed an update to the Phase I cultural resources survey for the Cross Terminal Road Relocation Project located on the Georgia Ports Authority (GPA) Garden City Terminal (GCT).

The proposed project would improve operations along Panola Road from State Route (SR) 212 (a.k.a. Browns Mill Road) northward to just south of Fairington Road/Minola Drive, for a total distance of approximately 2.1 miles (see Figure 1).

In February 2018, Trileaf Corporation (Trileaf) performed a cultural resource inventory survey for a proposed self-support lattice tower telecommunication facility located in Polk County, Rockmart, Georgia (Latitude: 34° 01’ 43.64” N Longitude: 85° 01’ 28.52” W).
