The proposed project would replace the existing 009-5001-0 on City Street (CS) 685/Barrows Ferry Road over Tobler Creek, northeast of Milledgeville, Baldwin County, Georgia.

Pl751770: The construction consists of widening Battle Creek Road and Mt. Zion Boulevard from Southlake Parkway to Somerton Drive from the existing two and four lane facilities to four. 11 ' lanes with a 20' raised median and urban shoulders consisting of 2.5' curb and gutter, and 5' sidewalks.

The proposed work consists of milling, patching, resurfacing, striping, and raised pavement markers with 4-ft. earth shoulder building within the existing right-of-way with no work proposed beyond 5-ft.
