270’ x 24’ bridge structure with timber pilings, concrete caps, concrete slab deck with steel handrail. 100’ of existing right of way (50’ left and 50’ right). Bridge over Willacoochee River is proposed to be replaced on existing alignment with a 270’ x 28’ concrete bridge structure.

Widen existing 40’ bridge all on west side to 64’ (providing for 5 lanes and sidewalks on both sides). To be built within existing ROW except for 10’ strip on NE quadrant and mitres at intersections.

10+93 (38') DBL + DBL 10' x 10' Concrete Bridge Culvert. 60' - ·so' required right of way with easements for construction of channel. Roadway to be closed during construction.

Dbl + Triple 10 ' X 9 ' Cone. Br. Clvt. Drainage Area - Over 20 Sq. Mi. Road to be closed during actual construction of culvert. Required 80' right of way (total) with easements.

Coldwater creek will be a double and triple 9 x8, 75 feet in length 60 ft of additional right of way left and right with easement. Cedar creek will be a double and triple 10X9 72 ft in length, no additional right of way. Easements will be needed left and right.

Sta. 17+01. 39 to Sta. 17+22. 61 Double 9'x9 ' Concrete Box Culvert (46'). R/W of 80'-0" will be required with easements f or construct ion of channel. Roadway to be closed during construction.

In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, project M-1923(1), S.R.

The project number is BRZLB-169(4), Jones County. It is a bridge project in which the bridge is on County Road 102 and crosses Little Cedar Creek. The existing structure is 32 feet long by 8 feet wide and is a timber bridge.

A proposed 8‘ x 24’ concrete bridge to be constructed on existing alignment. Approximately 80’ of additional right of way will be needed. This road will be closed during construction. 

Bridge and approaches, 34’ wide concrete bridge. 80’ right of way existing, road to be closed and traffic detoured on other roads.
