Report Abstracts

The proposed project would consist of road maintenance activities along a 5.11 mile section of State Route {SR) 383 in Columbia County from 1-20 to SR 104, in the vicinity of Evans (see Figure 1).

In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, project SR-2390(4), Fayette County has been surveyed with respect to archaeological resources, especially those on or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP).

This is a bridge project, BRZLB-137(13), located in Habersham County. The bridge is on CR 94 and is a wooden bridge measuring 118 feet long by 17.0 feet wide. The existing ROW is 60 feet.

This is a bridge project, BRF-090-2(9), located in Johnson County. The bridge is located on SR 78 and crosses Little Ohooppee Creek and the overflow portion. The proposed project plans to replace the bridge on SR 78.

This is a bridge project, BRS-0880(8), located in Habersham County. The bridge is on SR 197 at MP 12.06 N and crosses Soquee River. The existing structure is a 115 feet long by 20 feet wide concrete and steel bridge with concrete bents and caps, steel beams, and a corrugated steel deck.

Environmental Corporation of America's (ECA) client, Southern Wireless Telecom, LLC is proposing to lease a JOO-foot by 100-foot (JO-meter by JO-meter) lease area for the construction of a telecommunications facility as described in the following FCC Form 620, New Tower (NT) Submission Packet.

This is a bridge project, BRZLB-137(14), located in Habersham County. The bridge is on County Road 240 and crosses Alley Creek. The existing structure is a 26 foot long by 12 foot wide bridge with concrete abutments, steel stringers, and a wood deck with runners in good condition.

This is a bridge project, BRZLB-137(12), located in Habersham County. The bridge is on CR 121/ Glade Creek Road and crosses Deep Creek. The existing bridge is 32 feet long and 12 feet wide and has a wood floor. The existing right-of-way is ditch to ditch which totals to 15 feet.

Subterranean Consultants (STC) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of the Cason telecommunication facility lease area and access/utility easement on May 4, 2019. The project area is in southern Warren County in Warrenton, Georgia.

This is a bridge project, BRF-066-1(20), located in Bleckley County. The bridge is on SR 87/US 23 in Cochran and is a bridge that crosses the Southern Railroad. The existing structure is a 23.8 foot wide by 182 foot long timber, steel, and concrete bridge.
