TerraXplorations, Inc. (TerraX) was contracted by Georgia Transmission Corporation of Tucker, Georgia to conduct an archaeological survey for the proposed Cherokee Trail Substation Site in Cherokee County, Georgia.

The proposed project is Phase III of the West Cleveland Bypass project in White County, Georgia. The larger project proposed to construct a bypass along a new location corridor and existing roadway.
