With this letter we wish to report on the results of our Phase I archeological survey of the area of potential effect (APE) for a proposed section of paved hiking trail and related amenities located near the Tugaloo River in eastern Stephens County.

Pursuant to an agreement between Georgia Transmission Corporation (GTC) and the Georgia State Historic Preservation Office reached in a meeting on October 5, 2010, we conducted monitoring of prehistoric archeological site 9HY 4 71 in eastern Henry County last week.
