The Georgia Department of Transportation is currently involved in project development for the above noted project. Please find enclosed a set of aerial photographs detailing the proposed projects' area of potential environmental effect.

As a part of the A-95 review process, a survey of this project was made by the staff archaeologist. The alignment is entirely on new location, but it is in an urbanized area.

The project would begin with the extension of Little Richard Penniman Boulevard from Telfair Street to the· existing Fall Line Freeway.

This report documents the results of archeological data recovery excavations on portions of a mid-nineteenth century cotton mill village in Greene County, Georgia.

Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. (SAS) conducted an intensive archeological survey for proposed improvements of SR 1/US 27 in Floyd County, Georgia.

The purpose of this project is to enhance the traffic signal performance in Downtown Augusta by upgrading 8 signalized intersections along Broad Street between 5th Street and 13th Street.

At your request we conducted an intensive, Phase I archeological survey for the proposed expansion of the existing Beaver Creek 46/25 kV substation site in central Macon County (Figure 1, Photograph 1).
