The Fickling Company of Macon, Georgia contracted with Southern Research, Historic Preservation Consultants, Inc.

The survey reported here took place in the area of potential effect (APE) of road widening projects proposed by Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia.

TRC was contracted by Rosser Civil Engineering to carry out a Phase I archaeological survey of the proposed Jackson South Bypass in Butts County, Georgia.

In October 2003, TRC conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of an approximately 40-acre tract in Leesburg, Lee County, Georgia. The tract is bounded on the north by Canal Street East, on the south by East 4th Street, and Academy Avenue North forms part of its western boundary.
