This project will replace the existing bridge over Warrior Creek located on SR 256/Scooterville Highway located approximately 2 miles north of Norman Park. The existing 315 ft by 28 ft concrete/steel bridge will be replaced with a 400 ft by 38 ft concrete bridge on the existing alignment.

CSNHS-0008-00(458) proposes work to reconstruct the existing CR 246/Kinard Bridge Road intersection with 1-75 in Cook County, Georgia. The APE for this project was originally surveyed by Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) in June 2006 as part of project NHS-0000-00(764).

The proposed project would install a Flex Shoulder Lane along US 19/SR 400 between Spalding Drive and McFarland Road. The project will be constructed utilizing the existing bus lane, as well as the existing 12 foot shoulder.

At the request of Georgia Department of Transportation, Terracon conducted a Phase I Archaeological Survey of two proposed Georgia Department of Transportation bridge replacement projects (BRST-2797 (4)) at Clear Creek and New River.

The proposed project is located along SR 105 beginning at the Cannon Bridge Road intersection approximately one mile west of the existing interchange at SR 365, near the city of Cornelia, in Habersham County.

Project STP-004-2(3 1) would construct the Gray Bypass in Jones County. This proposed project was subjected to three previous archaeological surveys: September 2000 and July 2001 by Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc.

This addendum includes the results of the archaeological survey for project STP-0004-00 (463) [see attachment for current project description and explanation of project changes]; the area of potential effect includes a new segment of Lowery Boulevard south of 1-20.
