The proposed project will develop pedestrian connectivity, improve pedestrian safety, improve bicycle safety and ease pedestrian circulation along portions of Memorial Drive as well as along Martin Street in downtown Atlanta.

Viasat, Inc. (Viasat) proposes to construct, operate, and maintain a new satellite earth station (satellite) not to exceed 6.1 meters (m) (20 feet [ft]) in height, located in Macon County, Georgia (Project).
