Archaeological survey and data recovery were conducted by Brockington and Associates, Inc. at the Techwood/Clark Howell Homes Urban Revitalization Tract, in Atlanta, Georgia.

Brockington and Associates, Inc., conducted a cultural resources survey of the proposed Mirror Lake Golf Course, in Douglas County, Georgia from August 3-6, 1998.

During June and November 2005, and January 2006, Brockington and Associates, Inc., conducted historical research, archaeological reconnaissance, and limited surveys of shoreline areas in the Morgan Falls Hydroelectric Project (FERC #2237).

Brockington and Associates, Inc., conducted a cultural resources survey of the proposed Mirror Lake residential development, in Douglas and Carroll Counties, Georgia from August 10-18, 1998.

The Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA [Appendix A]) was signed into law (P.L. 101-601) in 1990. This law mandated major changes in the treatment and disposition of Native American human remains and certain kinds of artifacts.

In January 1999, Brockington and Associates, Inc. conducted cultural resources survey of 220 acres located between Pebble brook Road and Nickajack Creek in Cobb County, Georgia. Initial development plans called for construction of a golf course.

Prehistoric burial recovery and site assessment were conducted at 9Sw70 (Stewart County, Georgia) during August 1994, by Brockington and Associates, Inc. Poorly preserved remains of an adult female Native American were excavated from an eroding bank of Lake Walter F.

Under contract with Jordan, Jones & Goulding, Inc., Brockington and Associates, Inc., performed an intensive archaeological resources survey (Phase I) within the Georgia Transmission Corporation's proposed Hickory Level to Yellowdirt Transmission Line corridor.
