On 22 October 2001 , Brockington and Associates, Inc. conducted Phase I archaeological survey of the approximately 3 acre Brookman Substation in Glynn County, Georgia.

Brockington and Associates, Inc., contracted with the Georgia Power Company to conduct an intensive Phase I cultural resources survey of the proposed 18.3 km (11.4 mi) Dawson Crossing to South Dahlonega transmission line corridor in Dawson and Lumpkin Counties, Georgia.

The Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA [Appendix A]) was signed into law (P.L. 101-601) in 1990. This law mandated major changes in the treatment and disposition of Native American human remains and certain kinds of artifacts.

In January 2000, Brockington and Associates, Inc., (Atlanta, Georgia) conducted an archaeological resources survey of the Naval Air Station (NAS) Atlanta and its remote sites. This study was completed under a subcontract with Hardy-Heck-Moore & Myers, Inc., (Austin, Texas).

Under a continuing services contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, Panamerican Consultants, Inc. (PCI) conducted an intensive archaeological survey of a total of2,049-acres (829.5-ha) of uplands within Fort Benning, Chattahoochee County, Georgia, within two tracts.

From 5 to 9 December 2005, Brockington and Associates, Inc. conducted an intensive cultural resources survey of the Morgan Lakes tract in Chatham County, Georgia. The survey tract consisted of approximately 293 acres. Out of the total acreage, only 170 acres consisted of uplands.
