Report Abstracts

On October 8 and 9, 2015 Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc., conducted a Phase I archeological survey of a 7.3 ha (18.1 ac) tract of mostly wooded land on which the Westmoreland 115/12 kV substation is proposed to be built.

In January of 2015 Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. conducted a phase I archeological survey of the proposed Little Arlington 46/12 kV substation in southern Calhoun County, Georgia. The substation tract consists of about 10.95 acres.

This report presents the results of intensive archeological surveys at three project areas that collectively are referred to as the Dublin Area Improvements.

Between June 22 and 26, 2015, Brockington and Associates, Inc. (Brockington) conducted an intensive Phase I Archaeological Survey of the proposed Blakely Gateway Tract in Early County, Georgia (GDOT PI 0009036).

From October 19 to October 23, 2015, Brockington and Associates, Inc. (Brockington) of Norcross, Georgia, conducted a Phase I cultural resources survey of the 109.52-acre (44.32-hectare) Owl Creek Mitigation Bank Site in Towns County, Georgia.

In December, 2015 Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. conducted a Phase I cultural resources survey of a proposed expansion of the Baxley wastewater treatment plant south of Baxley in central Appling County, Georgia.

In July of 2015 Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. conducted a phase I archeological survey of the proposed Blakely 115/25 kV substation in central Early County, Georgia.

As preparation for a proposed BUD-supported housing development fronting on SR 144 (Ford Avenue) in Richmond Hill, Bryan County, Georgia, Southeastern Archeological Services conducted an intensive archeological survey of the area of potential effect for this project to ensure compliance with Sect
