The proposed project would construct improvements at the intersections of Cobb Parkway at Circle 75 Parkway and at Cobb Parkway at the Interstate 285 (1-285) westbound off-ramp (see Figures 1-4).

The SR 20 ATMS project expands upon the current Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). The project will consist of the installation of a communication backbone of fiber optic cable and traffic surveillance cameras along SR 20 between 1-985 and Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.

This project includes the design of fiber optic communications cable and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras along Pleasant Hill Road/CR 3273 from Lawrenceville Highway/US 29 in Lilburn to Buford Highway/US 23 in Duluth. The approximate length of this project is 6.1 miles.

The proposed project would build a new signalized at-grade railroad crossing and close two existing at-grade railroad crossings in Tyrone, Fayette County, Georgia. The new railroad crossing would be located approximately 65m north of the existing East Crestwood Road.

2015 project description: The proposed project would consist of the replacement of the bridge carrying SR 82 Spur over the North Oconee River (see Figure 1. Project Location Map). The bridge would be replaced at its existing location and an off-site detour would be utilized during construction.

The proposed project would reconstruct the existing structurally deficient bridge on Blackhall Road over Rum Creek in northwest Henry County. The project would include reconstructing portions of Blackhall Road to correct a substandard sag vertical curve in which the existing bridge is located.

The proposed project would consist of the construction of a 10-foot multiuse trail along Redwine Road in two locations (see Figure 1. Project Location Map). The first location would consist of trail construction on both sides of Redwine Road between Birkdale Drive and Newhaven Drive.

The project would consist of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) improvements along 10.7 miles of roadway in the City of Dunwoody.

A Cultural Resource Survey was conducted on behalf of a Halvorsen Development Corporation on an approximately 40-acre parcel located east of the intersection of I-985 on Sprout Springs Road and west of Porter Road was of Flowery Branch in Hall County, Georgia.

VHB conducted a Phase I archaeological survey for the proposed multiuse path in Gweinnett County from Norcross to Lilburn. Thomas Gresham previously surveyed the current survey area in 1994 for a separate project (PI#150250).
