This project consisted of the emergency repair of the flood damaged portion of Pool Road where it crosses Pool Creek (Figure 1).

This project consisted of the emergency rebuilding of flood damaged side slopes and a wingwall associated with the box culvert that conveys an unnamed tributary of Beaver Creek beneath South Burnt Hickory Road (Figure 1).

This project consisted of the emergency repair of the flood damaged bridge on Blairs Bridge Road over Sweetwater Creek. Major scouring occurred under the approach slabs, and the bent back walls were damaged at both ends of the bridge.

This project consisted of the emergency repair of the flood damaged portion of Kings Highway where it crosses over Bear Creek (Figure 1).

This project consisted of the emergency repair of the flood damaged bridge on Liberty Road over Crawfish Creek (Figure 1). Major scouring occurred under the bridge and portions of rip rap and the endrow were washed out on both the east and west ends of the bridge.

Storms exceeding the 300-year flood caused excessive damage to the eastern end of the bridge located on Club Drive over Sweetwater Creek. Washout and scour occurred at the eastern abutment, which damage the end wall, gabions, and a portion of the deck.

This project consists of the emergency repairs to the north side of the bridge (ID # 135-0068-0) over the Yellow River on Lawrenceville Suwanee Road. Significant scour had occurred along the north abutment wall under the bridge.

The proposed project would signalize the intersection of SR 212 and Oak Hill Road, located in Newton County, Georgia approximately 0.65 miles southeast of the intersection of SR 212 and SR 20 (see Figure 1: Project Location Map). No road widening or other roadway construction would take place.

The proposed projects consist of two locally funded projects and two federally funded projects, which would be let and constructed concurrently (Bron Cleveland Associates 2009, copy attached).

The proposed project would convert the existing interchange configuration from a partial cloverleaf to a diverging diamond interchange at the existing overpass of Ashford Dunwoody Road at 1-285.
