The proposed project was previously documented in a SFNF that was approved by GDOT on October 10, 2012. The October 2012 proposed project would construct a central turn lane along SR 9/Main Street between Winthrope Park Drive and Winthrope Chase Drive in the City of Alpharetta (Figure 1 ).

The 112 year old two-story Mission Revival railroad depot was originally built by the Atlanta, Birmingham and Atlantic Railroad and sits on city owned property adjacent to the CSX Railroad.

GT Hill Planners Corp. conducted a Phase I Archaeological Survey for the proposed bridge replacement on SR 184 at Toccoa Creek, 3.5 miles northeast of Toccoa, Stephens County, Georgia.

GT Hill Planners Corporation prepared this addendum report because of changes to the preferred alternative for the proposed West Winder Bypass. This report deals only with design changes that were made since the 2011 approval of the original phase I archaeological report.

Moreland Altobelli Associates, Inc. conducted a Phase I Archaeological Survey for the proposed West Winder Bypass in Barrow County on behalf of the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT).

This project consisted of the emergency repair of a portion of Lake Howard Road where it crosses over the Lafayette City Reservoir at Mile Post 0.8 that was damaged by the September 2009 flood (Figure 1). Specifically.

The current project consisted of two minor changes to the original plans for the 1-75 and Jodeco Road interchange that was originally surveyed by Hamby (2003; 2007).

The proposed project would construct and improve the pedestrian facilities along South Hill Street between Main Street and Buford Highway (Figure 1).The project proposes to construct new sidewalks using concrete or brick, raised curbs (Americans with Disabilities Act accessible at intersections),

The proposed project would construct bike lanes, enhanced sidewalks and a raised median along SR 120/Abbotts Bridge Road between Parsons Road and SR 141/Medlock Bridge Road (Figure 1).

The 1.2 mile project starts in Clayton County and ends in Fulton County.
