This is a GDOT Archaeological Report Short Form for Negative Findings of a Phase I Archaeological Resources Survey of the Woodstock Parkway Interchange in Cherokee County.

During the period of October 28 through November 30, 1999, R.S. Webb & Associates conducted a literature review, Phase I cultural resources survey, and Phase II testing at Site 9CK13 for the proposed Expansion Area of the Blue Circle Aggregates Quarry in Cherokee County, Georgia.

A Phase I cultural resources survey of the proposed Currahee development site in Stephens County, Georgia was conducted to locate and identify cultural resources within the project area and assess resource significance.

Phase I Archeological Resources Survey Cobb Parkway Pedestrian Improvements. The proposed project would enhance existing pedestrian facilities on both sides of Cobb Parkway from Spring Road/Circle 75 Parkway to Akers Mill Road.

Phase I Archeological Resources Survey Widening and Reconstruction of SR 92/Dallas Highway. The proposed undertaking would widen and reconstruct approximately 6.36 miles of existing SR 92/Dallas Highway, from Malone Road to Nebo Road.

During the period of August 14 through September 15, 2000, R.S. Webb & Associates conducted testing at Sites 9EB 134, 9EB526, 9EB678, 9EB681 and 9EB682 at the Richard B. Russell State Park Golf Course Site.

R.S. Webb & Associates conducted a Phase I cultural resources survey on May 1 and 2, 2000, of the proposed Talbotton Mining Site in Talbot County, Georgia. A literature review of the proposed mining site was conducted on October 19 and 20, 1998 and updated in April 2000.

The project area is corridor approximately 2,240 feet (683 m) long and 120-150 feet (37 wide, extending northeast from Barrett Lakes Boulevard to the intersection of George Busbee farkway and existing Big Shanty Road. The corridor crosses 1-75.

R.S. Webb & Associates (RSWA) conducted a Phase I archeological resources survey on a section of the Thomaston-Silvertown Trail and Trailhead project, a Transportation Enhancement (TE) undertaking. The project area consists of a 25-acre (10 hectares) wooded area in Thomaston, Georgia.

In July 2008, R.S. Webb & Associates (RSWA) conducted a phase I cultural resources survey of the proposed 4.6-mile [7.4 kilometer (km)] Sweet Tea transmission line corridor located within Fort Gordon, Georgia.
