The proposed project would widen C.R. 206/Industrial Drive in Fitzgerald. The project would begin at S.R. 125 southwest of Fitzgerald then would extend easterly along existing C.R. 206 to S.R. 11/U.S. 129/319 where the project would turn north-northeasterly and continue northerly along C.R.

The proposed project would consist of the paving of 0.6 m (2 ft) shoulders of SR 15 in Brantley County.

The proposed project would widen and reconstruct C.R.459 east of Waynesboro. The project as proposed would begin at the intersection of U.S.25/S.R.121 south of Waynesboro then would extend easterly along existing C.R.459 to the Central of Georgia Railroad crossing north of Waynesboro.

The proposed project would provide a borrow pit/wetland mitigation site for the construction of the proposed Waynesboro Bypass. The borrow pit/wetland mitigation site would be located east of S.R.24 and north of C.R.200/Thompson Bridge Road southeast of Waynesboro.

The proposed project would reconstruct and widen S.R.24 in Waynesboro. The project as proposed would begin at the intersection of S.R.121 then would extend southeasterly along existing S.R.24 to a point just southeast of the Waynesboro Bypass.

The proposed project would consist of the paving of approximately 0.6 m (2 ft left and right) of the existing shoulders on SR 26/US 80 in Bulloch County. The project would begin at the intersection of the SR 119 Connector and end at the Bryan County line.

The proposed project would provide a borrow pit/wetland mitigation site for the construction of the proposed West Statesboro Bypass. The proposed borrow pit/wetland mitigation site would be located south of Williams Road/C.R.107 northwest of Statesboro.

The proposed project would provide borrow pit/wetland mitigation sites for the construction of the proposed East Statesboro Bypass. Six borrow pit/wetland mitigation sites have been proposed. Sites A, B, and C are located east of C.R.340.

The proposed project would consist of the paving of 0.6 m (2 ft) shoulders of SR 46 in Bulloch County. The proposed project would begin at the intersection of SR 73/US 301 (MP 4.33) and would end at the intersection of SR 67 (MP 14.80) in Bulloch County.

The proposed wetland preservation site for Project EDS-555 (1) (4) (5), Bulloch and Jenkins Counties is located on both sides of U.S. 25 approximately .9 kilometer (.5 mile) south of Millen, Georgia.
