The proposed project would construct a passing lane on SR 77 for the north -bound traffic south of Hartwell. The project begins immediately north of Cedar Creek and ends just south of CR 23. The existing right-of-way is 80 feet; an additional 10 to 20 feet of right-of-way would be required.

Projects STP-076-1 (21), (22), and (23) consist of the widening and reconstruction of State Route 104. Unit (21) begins immediately north of Kiokee Creek and continues southeast for approximately 3 miles to the intersection of SR 104 and CR 515/Cumberland Drive.

Project STP-174-1(6) would widen the existing roadway to provide two westbound passing lanes, one eastbound passing lane, and four turn lanes on SR 232. The turn lanes would be located at the Southern Aggregates Quarry, Chamblin Road/CR 238, Columbia High School, and Clanton Road/CR 83.
