Archaeological Assessment of Various District 1 Resurfacing Projects. The proposed projects would consist of milling, leveling, resurfacing, shoulder paving & building and balancing of travel lanes on various roadways in District I.

An Archaeological survey was conducted along the corridors of the proposed Zebulon Bypass, GDOT Project Number FR-006-4(23), in Pike County.

"In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, project PR-286(093), Dooly County, has been surveyed with respect to archaeological resources, especially those on or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP)

The proposed project would include resurfacing, leveling, patching, shoulder paving, shoulder building, and milling on SR 87 in Dodge County. The proposed project would begin on SR 87 at US 280/SR 30 then continue northerly to an end point at SR 117 (generally from MP 0.00 to MP 13 .70).

"In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, project F-055-1(39) Loop, Jackson County has been surveyed with respect to archaeological resources, especially those on or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places

The proposed project would consist of the milling, patching, leveling, resurfacing, and shoulder building on SR 11 in Houston County, Georgia. The proposed project would begin on SR 11 at US 341 and continue northwesterly to an end point at SR 41 (generally MP 11.27 to MP 14.53).

Archaeological Assessment of Project CSSTP-M003-00(766), Dooly County, including the resurfacing, leveling, milling, patching, shoulder building, and shoulder paving on SR 7 in Dooly County, Georgia. The entire length of the project is 16.8 mile. No additional right-of-way will be required.
