Report Abstracts

In compliance with Section I 06 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, project, SAMA-60(57), Jackson and Hall Counties, has been surveyed with respect to archaeological resources, especially those on or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic

Boston Creek: Begins approximately 300’ south of stream and end s 300’ north of stream.

Poley Creek: Begins approximately 300’ south of stream and ends 300’ north of stream.

In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, the proposed projects has been surveyed with respect to archaeological resources, especially those on or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP).

This is a bridge project, BRZLB-133(6), located in Greene County. The bridge is on CR 38 and crosses Richland Creek. The existing structure is a 40 foot long by 15 foot wide concrete and steel bridge. The existing ROW is 50 feet.

This is a bridge project, FH-9(2), located in Floyd County. The bridge is on CR 641 and crosses John’s Creek. The existing bridge is approximately 44 feet long and 14 feet wide. The existing ROW is 30 feet.

This is a bridge project, BRZLB-055(10), located in Chattooga County. The bridge is on CR 106 and crosses Raccoon Creek. The existing structure is 25 feet long and 15.5 feet wide. It has I-beams and a concrete slab. The existing ROW is 40 feet.

This is a bridge project, BRZLB-201(14), located in Miller County. The bridge is on CR 77 and crosses Aycocks Creek. The existing structure is a 72 foot long by 15.5 foot wide timber bridge and there is no existing ROW.

This is a bridge project, BRZLB-205(5), located in Mitchell County. The bridge is on CR 106 and crosses Sally’s Branch Creek. The existing structure is a 92 feet long by 18 feet wide concrete bridge shored up with metal I-beams and timber pilings. The existing ROW is 80 feet.

This is a bridge project, BRF-079-1(24), located in Mitchell County. The bridges are on SR 111 and cross Big Creek and Little Creek. One of the existing structures is 160 feet long and 24 feet wide and is timber, steel, and concrete bridge that crosses Big Creek.

This is a bridge project, BRZLB-211(6), located in Morgan County. The bridge is on CR 256/ Centennial Road and crosses Rawlings Branch stream. The existing structure is a 24.5 foot wide and 38 foot long steel and concrete bridge with rubble masonry. There is no existing ROW.
