Tri leaf Corporation is in the process of completing a NEPA review at the referenced property. Our client proposes to construct a 250-foot (254-foot overall) monopole tower and associated equipment within a 100-foot by 100- foot (10,000-square-foot) lease area at the above property.

On February 1, 1989 Dan Simpkins of this office conducted Phase I archaeological surveys of three proposed boat ramp sites along the Chattahoochee River in Douglas and Fulton Counties.

An archaeological evaluation of the reservoir basin and adjoining first terrace areas was carried out by this office on 18 February 1992. The entire area included in the project take lines is in excess of 800 acres.

In February 2016, Environmental Services, Inc. (ESI) performed an intensive cultural resource assessment survey at the 687.8-acre Tradewinds Tract in Glynn County, Georgia, on behalf of LPC-WEDA Brunswick, LLC.

An on-site inspection of the above project was made by a staff member of the State Archaeologist Office and nothing of archaeological significance was noted.

On April 13, 2018, a Phase I archeological survey was conducted on a proposed recreational trail in Dowdy Park in the City of Summerville, Chattooga County, Georgia.

Visited project area on March 8, 1973, made visual reconnaissance and checked likely looking sites on foot. No sites of archaeological or historical significance were noted.

Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) has completed fieldwork for the Phase I archaeological survey for the proposed bridge replacement of State Route (SR) 520/US 280 over Bagley Creek in Chattahoochee County, Georgia.

The proposed project consists of widening and reconstruction of SR 32 from approximately 1,800 feet west of CR 296 eastward to the western city limit of Douglas in Coffee County, Georgia (Figures 1 and 2).
