TerraXplorations, Inc. (TerraX) of Mobile, Alabama was contracted by Trileaf Corporation of Marietta, Georgia to conduct a Phase I archaeological direct effects survey and a visual effects survey for the proposed Jewell cellular tower in Hancock County, Georgia.

TerraXplorations, Inc. (TerraX) of Mobile, Alabama was contracted by Trileaf Corporation of Marietta, Georgia to conduct a Phase I archaeological direct effects survey and a visual effects survey for increased antennas on the existing Clayfields-C cellular tower in Wilkinson County, Georgia.

The purpose of this addendum is to explain the present circumstances surrounding two historic properties found by Garrow and Associates, Inc. during the conduct of the cultural resources survey. The first of these properties is an historic house site designated as Site 9JK89.

In response to a request from Ignite Wireless, Inc., RESCOM Environmental Corp., has completed a Phase IA archaeological reconnaissance and records check for a proposed telecommunications tower site in Appling County, Georgia, approximately 3 miles northwest of Baxley (Figure 1).

TerraXplorations, Inc. (TerraX) of Mobile, Alabama was contracted by Trileaf Corporation of Maitland, Florida to conduct a Phase I archaeological direct effects survey and a visual effects survey for the proposed Cotton Hill cellular tower in Randolph County, Georgia.

As part of a Request for a Permit to Disinter/Reinter Human Remains at the Nabors family cemetery in Dade County, Georgia, the Stein Construction Company contracted with the author for archaeological services in order to identify the presence of historic burials.

Our survey was conducted on November 16, 2014 by Ron Schoettmer. Schoettmer conducted the survey of the transmission line itself in July, 2014, and so was very familiar with the area and the potential for cultural resources.

Archeological Assessment of a Hall County Intersection Improvement Project. The proposed project consists of improvements to the intersection of l-985 and SR 11/US 129. Various locations along SR 11/US 129 at the I-985 interchange will be widened so dual tum lanes may be created.

Southern Research, Historic Preservation Consultants, Inc. has completed a Phase I Cultural Resources Survey of the proposed Tyre Bridge Solar Farm located in Pierce County, Georgia. The Area of Potential Effect (APE) is composed of multiple tracts of land totaling 1,631 acres.
