The project entails the construction through horizontal directional drilling of a pipeline tie-in to a previously constructed pipeline perpendicular to Highway 411 in Rome, GA. Temporary workspace is required to the north and south of Highway 411.

In response to a request from Ignite Wireless, Inc., RESCOM Environmental Corp., has completed a Phase Ia archaeological reconnaissance and records check for a proposed telecommunications tower site in Dougherty County, Georgia (Figure 1).

Under contract with the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), Tennessee Valley Archaeological Research (TVAR) conducted a Phase I cultural resources survey in association with TVA’s Scenic Drive 161 kV delivery point project in Fannin County, Georgia.

In August and November of 2018, and December 2019, Edwards-Pitman, Inc. (EP) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey for the proposed passing lanes project at two locations along State Route (SR) 15 in Greene and Oconee counties, Georgia (Georgia Department of Transportation [GDOT] P.I.
