Report Abstracts

This report summarizes the results of a Phase I Cultural Resources survey conducted by Oneida LG2 Environmental Solutions Inc. (LG2) of approximately 3.15 acres (ac) within Rabun County Georgia, on behalf of Habitat for Humanity of Rabun County, inc.

In March 2022, Terracon conducted a cultural resource records review and reconnaissance survey of the approximately 8-acre Astoria at Crystal Lake tract in Douglas County, Georgia (Figure 1.1).

This project proposes to replace the existing bridge (Structure ID 129-0028-2) on State Route (SR) 61 /United States Highway (US) 411 over the Chessie Seaboard Consolidated Railroad (CSX) (#350284W), located 2.4 kilometers (km) (1.5 miles [mi]) north of the unincorporated community of Oakma

This project consists of one bridge on State Route (SR) 255 in Murray County. This bridge was designed using an H-15 vehicle, which is below our current design standards.

Environmental Corporation of America’s client, Stetler Infrastructure, LLC is proposing to construct a 225-foot tall (overall height) self-supported lattice telecommunications structure located near 1084 Rocky Ford Road, Lavonia, Hart County, Georgia.

In August 2022, Trileaf Corporation (Trileaf) performed a cultural resource inventory survey for a proposed pole communications tower located in Clarke County, Athens, Georgia Latitude: 36° 57’ 10.47” N, Longitude: 82° 22’ 34.47” W.

Subterranean Consultants (STC) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of the Farleyville telecommunication facility lease area and access/utility easement on July 21, 2019. The project area is in western Effingham County in Guyton, Georgia.
