The proposed project would consist of the replacement of the existing two-lane bridge located on SR 4/US 1 at the crossing of Swift Creek in Toombs County, Georgia. The existing bridge would be replaced with a slightly longer concrete bridge structure that is approximately 40-feet wide.

The proposed project consists the replacement of the Green Top Road bridge over the CSX rail corridor. The project also involves alteration to the eastern and western approaches to the bridge. The project corridor is approximately 1,419 feet (432.5 meters) in length.
