Report Abstracts

The proposed project would consist of the replacement of the existing two-lane bridge located on SR 4/US 1 at the crossing of Swift Creek in Toombs County, Georgia. The existing bridge would be replaced with a slightly longer concrete bridge structure that is approximately 40-feet wide.

The areas of required right-of-way and permanent easement have changed due to design refinements and modifications to the drainage design. The area of required right-of-way would decrease from 1.25 acres to approximately 1.07 acres.

The proposed project consists the replacement of the Green Top Road bridge over the CSX rail corridor. The project also involves alteration to the eastern and western approaches to the bridge. The project corridor is approximately 1,419 feet (432.5 meters) in length.

The proposed project consists the replacement of the Cannon Road bridge over White Oak Creek. The project also involves alteration to the eastern and western approaches to the bridge. The project corridor is approximately 1,440 feet (439 meters) in length.

This project proposes to widen and reconstruct SR 92 from Nebo Road northward to SR 120, in Paulding County. This project was originally surveyed in March of 2006 with no existing or eligible National Register resources located (please see attached clearance letter).
