Management Summary: During February and May 2007, Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) conducted a survey of the proposed new rest area site in the median of Interstate (I) 16 at approximately Milepost 97 in Candler County, Georgia. The APE measures approximately 2.85 miles along I16.
