Report Abstracts

R. S. Webb & Associates, a professional cultural resources management firm, conducted an archeological field survey of the above referenced telecommunications tower site location. This survey was conducted at the request of and based upon locational information provided to R.S.

In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, project CSSTP-0007-00(140), Monroe County, has been surveyed with respect to archeological resources, especially those on or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places

The proposed project would pave and upgrade Nail Road to meet 35 mph design speed (Figure 1). Currently, Nail Road is a gravel road and is constructed for speeds below 3 5 mph. The project would include replacing two undersized culverts. The stream crossing at Sta.

Pinnacle Towers proposes to replace an existing approximately 400-foot guy wire tower with a 403-foot guy wire tower at 2281 US Highway 41 South in Cordele, Crisp County, Georgia.

In July 2000, R. S. Webb & Associates (RSWA) conducted a Phase I cultural resources survey of the Arbor Station sewer line corridor. Since July 2000, a section of the corridor through Chapel Hill Golf Course had to be rerouted (Figure 1).

In June 2005, R.S. Webb & Associates conducted a Phase I cultural resources survey of the proposed 110acre Canton Marketplace development tract Cherokee County, Georgia. An additional 36 acres adjacent to the project tract were added and surveyed in January 2006.

On November 8, 2000, an archeological survey of the Springfield tower site was conducted by R.S. Webb & Associates for Terracon on behalf of Site Design Services.

Brockington and Associates, Inc. conducted cultural resources background research on the Phoebe Hospital cell tower on 9 and 25 August 1999 and field investigation on 14 and 21 September 1999. This cell tower has already been installed.

In October 1999, Brockington and Associates, Inc. conducted an archaeological survey of a 2.9 kilometer (1.8 miles) new location segment of the proposed Newnan Bypass corridor in Coweta County, Georgia.

During late October and early November 1999, an intensive cultural resource assessment survey was conducted by Environmental Services, Inc. (ESI) of a 200-acre tract associated with the planned expansion of the Crisp County Landfill.
