The proposed project would add left and right turn lanes on SR 52 Alternate and CR 44 at the SR 52 Alt/CR 44 intersection. The total project length is approximately 487.68 m (1600 ft.). The existing right-of-way is approximately 15.24 m (50 ft).

Project BRF-082-1(15) would widen the existing roadway and bridge structure over the L & N Railroad on SR 52 in Murray County. Also, there would be a relocation of Holly Street as it approaches SR 52 from the south.

Project STP-213(13) would construct a new bridge on Federal Road/CR 19 over the CSX railroad in Chatsworth, Georgia. The proposed project would also include a bike lane on Federal Road/CR 19. The existing right-of-way is 80 feet. The required right-of-way varies with a maximum of 150 feet.

Project BHF-082-1(15) in Murray County will widen the existing structure over the L & N Railroad on SR 52. The proposed project begins approximately 116 m Wit) west of the existing railroad and ends approximately 152 m (500 ft) east of the existing railroad at Holly Street.

The proposed project would replace the existing structurally deficient bridge on CR 4/Dennis Mill Road over Rock Creek, located approximately 5.6 miles southeast of Chatsworth, in Murray County.

The proposed project would consist of the leveling and resurfacing of CR 225. The project would begin at the intersection of SR 52 Alternate at MP 11.45 and end at the intersection of SR 286 at MP 16.05. All construction will be limited to the existing pavement.

The project proposes to relocate a section of SR 282/US 76 southeast of Chatsworth. The project would begin at SR 61/US 411 and extend easterly on new location for approximately 0.65 mile. The project would end an estimated 1200 feet northeast of the intersection of S 2860/CR 309.

A new section of Forest Service Road number 630-c, Murray County, is scheduled for construction in 1977. The proposed route begins on 630-c at a point 1.6 miles from the intersection of 630-c and 630 and extends northwesterly approximately 1.8 miles.

The proposed project would consist of the leveling and resurfacing of SR 17 in Wilkes County. Also included in this project would be the paving of 0.6 m (2 ft) shoulders along portions of SR 17.

The proposed project would construct on new and existing alignment a bypass east of Washington.
