This project consists of the construction of frontage roads along Tara Boulevard/US 41/US 19 from 1-75 to SR 54. A maximum of 100 feet of additional right-of-way would be required for the entire length of the 4.5 mile project corridor.

The proposed projects would widen S.R. 85 from S.R. 279 in Fayette County northward to Roberts Drive in Clayton County. Existing right-of-way is 170 feet. Minor right-of-way and slope easements would be required. In addition, the twin bridges over Camp Creek would be widened.

The proposed project would reconstruct and widen 1-75 between U.S.41 and 1-285 west of Forest Park. The project as proposed would begin just south of U.S.41 then would extend northerly along existing 1-75 corridor to the 1-285 interchange.

The proposed project consists of the jacking of two bridges in Clayton County, two bridges in Dekalb, and one bridge in Jackson County. These bridges include: SR 139 over 1-285, Conley Road over 1-285, Panthersville Road over 1-285, Fairington Road over 1-20, and SR 60 over 1-85, respectively.

Project IM-285-1(346) would provide additional lanes to the Clarke Howell Bypass (1-285 Eastbound and 1-75 Southbound) in Clayton County. The proposed project would add an additional lane west of Clarke Howell Bypass on the existing eastbound Collector Distributor (CD).

Project STP-074-2(23) would widen and reconstruct SR 85 in Clayton County. The proposed project would begin on SR 85 at Adams Drive the would continue northerly to an end point at Forest Parkway. Also, a flyover bridge will be constructed from Forest Parkway westbound to SR 85 southbound.

Project STP-037-2(56) would widen and reconstruct SR 42/US 23 in Henry and Clayton Counties. The proposed project on SR 42/US 23 would begin at SR 138 then continue northwesterly to an ending point at the northbound ramps of 1-675 north of Stockbridge.
