This document has been prepared for use in completion of applicable Section 106 procedures in compliance with the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) of 1966 and subsequent amendments.

"In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, project HPP-OOMS(336) in Muscogee County has been surveyed with respect to archaeological resources, especially those on or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places

Project BRF-005-5(15), Chatham County would consist of the replacement of the Bay Street Viaduct on U.S . 17/S.R. 25 Alternate (Bay Street) in Savannah over the Central of Georgia railroad tracks. Project limits would extend from East Lathrop Avenue to Fahm Street (see Figure 2).

Archeological Assessment of a Randolph County Resurfacing Project. This proposed project is located on SR 1/US 27, beginning at the Clay/Randolph county line, and ending approximately 1252 feet south of the intersection of SR 1 Business (M.P.

“In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, project STP-115-1(7), White County has been surveyed with respect to archaeological resources, especially those on or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP)

This proposed project is 11.4 miles in length and consists of resurfacing, addition of raised pavement markers, patching and shoulder building on SR 138 beginning in Newton County at the Rockdale County Line and ending at SR 10 Business in Walton County. No additional right-of-way is required.
