Report Abstracts

In July 2018, Trileaf Corporation (Trileaf) performed a cultural resource inventory survey for a proposed raw land monopole telecommunications facility located at 6525 Tara Boulevard, Jonesboro, Clayton County, Georgia, at coordinates 33°34’33.99” N, 84°22’25.34” E.

TerraXplorations, Inc. (TerraX) of Mobile, Alabama was contracted by Trileaf Corporation of Maitland, Florida to conduct a Phase I cultural resources survey for the proposed Rocky Plains cellular tower in Newton County, Georgia.

In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, project M- 3213(1), Bibb County, has been surveyed with respect to archaeological resources, especially those on or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP).

In May 2019, Trileaf Corporation (Trileaf) performed a cultural resource inventory survey for a proposed monopole tower telecommunication facility located in Sumter County, Americus, Georgia (Latitude: 32° 09’ 35.524” N Longitude: 84° 15’ 50.245” W).

This project involves the construction of one-quarter to one half mile to provide an overpass over heavily used railroad tracks in Millen. There are three alternates (see attached map). The North Avenue alternate starts at U.S.

Environmental Corporation of America (ECA) has completed an Archaeological Assessment for the federal undertaking at the subject site.
