The proposed project would consist of the replacement of the two-lane bridge over the Chattahoochee River crossing Lake Lanier with a new two-lane bridge east of the existing bridge.

The proposed project consists of widening and reconstruction of SR 32 from approximately 1,800 feet west of CR 296 eastward to the western city limit of Douglas in Coffee County, Georgia (Figure 1).

Environmental Corporation of America (ECA) has completed an Archaeological Assessment for the federal undertaking at the subject site.

Environmental Corporation of America was contracted by Pyramid Network Services, LLC on behalf of Motorola Services and Cherokee County to perform an archaeological assessment as part of the Section 106 Review process for a proposed telecommunications facility.

Project purpose: to discharge approximately 1700 cubic yards of fill material, obtained from highland sources, below the 100 year flood elevation incidental to widen­ing existing 21' x 490' concrete and steel bridge to 48' over Middle Oconee River crossing State Route 11 near Jefferson, Jackson C

The proposed project consists of the installation of a ramp metering system for the I-75 northbound entrance ramps from Northside Drive, Howell Mill Road, Moores Mill Road, West Paces Ferry Road and Mt. Paran Road.

In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, the project has been surveyed with respect to archaeological resources, especially those on or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP).

Project purpose: to discharge approximately 1,000 cubic yards of embankment material below the 100 year flood elevation covering 0.1 acre. The activity is incidental to a bridge replacement at the crossing of the Wood Street Bridge over Rae's Creek, Richmond County, Georgia.
