This transportation project has been surveyed for historic resources in compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto.

Subterranean Consultants (STC) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of the New Harvest telecommunication facility lease area and access/utility easement on July 21, 2019. The project area is in northern Harris County in Hamilton, Georgia.

Environmental Corporation of America’s (ECA) client, Mobilitie, LLC, is proposing to contruct a pole as described in the following FCC Form 620, New Tower (NT) Submission Packet.
