In agreement with Dr. Lewis H. Larson, State Archaeologist, and Dr. Elizabeth A.

Subterranean Consultants (STC) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of the New Harvest telecommunication facility lease area and access/utility easement on July 21, 2019. The project area is in northern Harris County in Hamilton, Georgia.

Environmental Corporation of America’s (ECA) client, Mobilitie, LLC, is proposing to contruct a pole as described in the following FCC Form 620, New Tower (NT) Submission Packet.

Trileaf Corporation is in the process of completing a NEPA review at the referenced property. Our client proposes to construct a 285-foot self-support communications tower, with an overall height of 310 feet, and associated equipment within a 100-foot by 10-foot (10,000-square-foot) lease area.

Environmental Corporation of America (ECA) has completed an Archaeological Assessment for the federal undertaking at the subject site.

The proposed project was field surveyed for historic properties in compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto. The survey boundary and methodology were established using the GDOTIFHWA Cultural Resources Survey Guidelines.

This is a bridge replacement over Rock Creek on CR 43/Silver Shoals Road. The existing 40’ x 27’ bridge will be replaced with 50 feet of 10’ x 9’ box culvert. The existing right of way and the proposed right of way are unknown at this time.

TO INCREASE SAFETY, ELIMINATE DRIVER CONFUSION, AND REDUCE THE ACCIDENT RATE BY UPGRADING THE RIGHT TURN LANE TO CHERRY HILL ROAD. ALSO, PROVIDE AN ACCELERATION LANE FOR VEHICLES TURNING EAST FROM CHERRY HILL RD. ONTO A DOWNHILL GRADE WITH POOR SIGHT DISTANCE.

Location - Tallapoosa River crossing county Road 141 approximately 2.5 miles east of Tallapoosa, Georgia.
