In compliance with the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as regards Archaeological Resources, an archaeological survey has been conducted in the area of Panthersville Road, Dekalb County, to be affect by Project M-9091. In conducting this survey, I found no archaeological sites.

The subject project is a maintenance project, which proposes to resurface various streets in the city of Lafayette in Walker County. These streets include Bradley Avenue, Cedar Street, Crest Drive, Flora Street, Knoll Drive, Steel Street, Thornton Street, Windy Trail, and Wisteria Road.
