Tower Engineering Professionals, Inc. (TEP) is assisting CitySwitch, LLC with the construction of a proposed 250-ft AGL (254-ft overall with appurtenances) self-support communications tower.

The proposed project was field surveyed for historic properties in compliance with the Georgia Environmental Policy Act. The proposed 1.08-mile project is located between McGinnis Ferry Road and Peachtree Parkway (SR141) in south Forsyth County.

During the period of July 12, 2018 through March 18, 2019, R.S. Webb & Associates conducted a Phase I cultural resources survey of the proposed Allen Creek business park tract in the City of Gainesville, Hall County, Georgia.

The proposed project would resurface the three-lane section from Broad St. to West First St. and would reconstruct the two-lane section from West First St. to end of project to consist of three, 12' lanes.

The proposed project is an intersection improvement project at US 19/US 41/SR 3 (Tara Boulevard) and Freeman Road in Clayton County (see attached location map). The proposed project would provide a left turn lane southbound from Tara Boulevard onto Freeman Road.
