North Georgia Renewables, LLC wishes to construct a solar energy facility on a 7-ac (2.8-ha) tract of pasture land embedded in a larger tract in west central Union County. Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc.

From November 17 through December 4, 2018 Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. conducted a Phase I archeological survey of a proposed floodplain mitigation project, a 32-ha (80-ac) tract in southern Murray County.

In 1997, Garrow and Associates identified 15 archaeological sites at the North Georgia Agricultural Experiment Station (Red Bud Farm) in Gordon County, Georgia. The current owner (University of Georgia) intends to sell the property.

The Ellijay-Gilmer Co. Water & Sewerage Authority wishes to expand its sanitary sewer system to serve the Gilmer County jail that is located on SR 52 south of Ellijay.

This report presents the results of an intensive archaeological survey performed by Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc.

Individually eligible for the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP), Riverside Plantation pre-dates the creation of Fort Benning Military Reservation. Acquired from Arthur Bussey in 1919, Riverside has continually served as the residence for the installation’s Commanding General.

The following Special Provisions are required for the construction contract on the above referenced project and shall appear as a notation on plan sheets.

Project PFH-50(1), Jasper County is a proposal to replace five existing substandard bridge structures on County Road 141. However, this document addresses the effects to one NR eligible resource located at one of the five proposed bridge replacement locations.

Georgia DOT Project # BRO-0095(1) is an in-place bridge replacement project at Old Dawson Road at Kiokee Creek in Dougherty County, District 4 Because the project is in place, no new areas will be impacted.

Georgia DOT Project # BRO-LB-279(3) is an in-place bridge replacement project at Rocky Creek At Hardin Chapel road in Toombs County, District 5. Because the project is in place, no new areas will be impacted.
