The proposed project begins in Henry County at the intersection of S.R. 155 and S.R. 138 and proceeds east on Highway 138. Presently, S.R. 138 is 20 feet in width and has standard 10-foot shoulders. It is to be upgraded to 24 feet with 10-foot shoulders.
