There are portions of the project alignment that have been cl eared environmentally under a separate document. One section is: Francis Street from Augusta Avenue easterly to the Waycross Urban Area Boundary, which is approximately 0.3 mile in length, and is known as F-002-1 (28), Ware County.

Georgia DOT Project # BRF-155-1(1) is an in-place bridge replacement project at Savage Creek and SR 96 in Houston-Twiggs Counties, District 3. Because the project is in place, no new areas will be impacted.

Georgia DOT Project # BROLB-0139(1) is an in-place bridge replacement project at Mulberry Creek and County Road 1297 (Union Road) in Hall County, District 1. Because the project is in place, no new areas will be impacted.

Georgia DOT Project # BROLB-0139(2) is an in-place bridge replacement project at Flat Creek and County Road 345 (Dixie Drive) in Hall County, District 1. Because the project is in place, no new areas will be impacted.

The present report summarizes a cultural resource survey of 211 acres of land upon which timber has been sold. Of the 211 acres, 84 acres have been thinned of timber; ·the balance will be clear cut.

In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, GDOT Project FH-21(1), Jasper County, was surveyed with respect to archaeological resources, especially those on or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places.
